Return Policy- Satisfaction Guaranteed!
At Nutrent Health we hold ourselves to the highest quality standards in manufacturing our products, and guarantee your satisfaction by making it our priority. You may return any item to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To return an item:

1. Pack your item carefully in any kind of box or packaging that protects it.
2. Include your original invoice.
3. Indicate on the invoice why you are returning the item (wrong item, damaged, changed mind, etc.)

You will be contacted shortly after the return by our administration department, to make arrangements for the refund.

Please note that you will be credited with the product purchase price only and not any shipping fees charged.

Only unopened items will be accepted and credited. A refund admin fee of $5 may apply, depending on the circumstances of the return.

If a discounted price is given for a quantity order, the full price for any unit item that has been opened or used will be deducted form the refund

Refund will only be made once the items have been checked and are in good order

Changes & Cancellations- Change you mind? We will make a plan!
We will make every effort to change or cancel your order before it is shipped. However, orders are usually packed and shipped within 24 hours of Nutrent Health receiving it.

Privacy Policy- Mums the word.
Your information is just that, yours. The information you provide to carnilean.us or Nutrent Health or any of its subsidaries, stays at Nutrent Health. We will never release your personal information such as name, address, e-mail, phone or credit card without your consent. This information is only used to send your information and products you have requested.

Credit Card Encryption- You Can't Hack It
All credit card information is processed on a state of the art secure server run by our payment processor and not processed on the carnilean.us web site.

This encrypted and secure data is routed for verification and purchase authorization, decrypted and processed. All processed information (Approved/Declined transactions) is then re-encrypted and sent securely back to the nutrentusa.com website. Once back at our Web server, it is decrypted so we can inform you if your charge card company approved the order.

Pay by internet banking or deposit Any time.
If you do not wish to pay by credit card, please send us an email stating that you wish to place an order and pay via EFT or deposit. We will then send you an order form which you can email back to us once you have made a deposit.

US Orders
Postage standard: Our Courier rates are so cost effective that we do not offer a US Postal option.

Courier
Domestic and International
All domestic orders (USA) are shipped via UPS - Ground. This service usually takes 3-4 business days depending on what part of the country you are in. The rate is a flat $9.00 per order within the US.For orders from Canada we charge a flat rate of $12.00 . For international orders we charge a flat rate of $28.00

Tracking
We provide individual tracking of shipped items via the carrier. Once you have placed your order, and your order is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail which will include tracking information, the date shipped, and a link to track it.

When will my order ship?
We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We get most orders out the next day. Orders can ship the same day if received before 3pm EST.

If an item is out of stock , we will email you and give you a projected ship date. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping and email address on your order. UPS charges $5.99 for incorrect or misspelled shipping information.

Note that Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days for these expidited methods.
